The aim of the Consumer Agency´s strategy on staff issues is to ensure that competent, well-educated and dedicated staff members that can handle responsibilities is ensured at all times, also personnel that take the initiative when necessary and therefore contribute to effective and continuous progress and development of the Agency.

The aim of the agreed Staff Policy Document is to inspire the staff members and inform them of the main issues of its staff policy. The Consumer Agency is devoted to ensure its staff members the best quality of working conditions as possible at each time, support them in gaining better qualifications and competencies in performance of their duties and in general to improve the well-being of it staff members. In this way, the continuous changes in the environment and evolution of the role of the Agency will be best met.
